This clip was a test for my new roland cs-10em binaural microphones. It was recorded from my balcony. I live in city so you will hear traffic, cars and motorcycle, people chatting and a barking dog. For this clip i used my zoom h1n (96khz/24bit) with roland cs-10em binaural microphones. The sound was no post-processed.

Sports bras are supposed to fit snugly, but not quite this snugly. Some makers are too cheap to use a good zipper, and this one is nylon. I think. If you don't want a wardrobe malfunction, don't buy too small, and avoid those that don't have a backup hook underneath. This one doesn't, nor can the zipper be trusted. Playing tabletennis on a nice sunny day at a playground in leipzig. The table is pretty old and made out of metal and concrete. The net is out of metal. Sometimes the ball hits it with a "pong". Recorded with a zoom h2 in 360-mode. Edited the mics pointing to the table a liitle louder and used very little noise reduction to reduce the wind noises a bit. Kids roaming around and the balls are flying! *sigh* i love those days.

It's a long, organic and haunting two-tone call echoing in the forest night; a clear alternative to the mechanical and tightly musical ringtones out there, and one i like a lot. Edited to wrap nicely for a continuing repeat.

This is a simple loop of me playing some nice triplet delay textures on guitar. This is a stereo file with 2 guitars panned on the right and left, playing the same pattern in different octaves, offering a nice atmosphere. This was recorded with a hagstrom f200p (awesome p90 style pickups) on a voxac15, using a boss dd7 for the delay and a beheringer reverb unit (yeah, i love the lo-fi sound of that cheap box!).

This was recorded on july 4th, 2013 in enumclaw, wa. I was not expecting the bomber to fly over and it was a tribute to one of the last surviving members (edward saylor) of the doolittle raid on tokyo on april 18th, 1942. He was in the parade too. I can just imagine the sound of hundreds flying over in ww2. There is a bit of distortion as the plane flew directly overhead. Please comment on what you will use it for. :^).

I made a series of recordings of urban sounds from my open living room window between late july and early september 2014. These recordings were done at various times of the day. I am using these as quiet background ambiance on a short play due to be performed in the near future. Recorded with a roland r26.

I recorded a bird on the koh tao island in thailand. It makes some weird sounds and says "i love you". This was very quiet though and i had to make it louder which increased the ambient noises. The weird sounds are pretty clear. Used an rhode ixy and edited in logic.

This may be the most irritating squeak sound ever. In our office, we discovered a particular filing cabinet that squeaked if you would lean against it. It was too good to pass up. So i put my recorder in the drawer and leaned. This is the result: four squeaks of unparalleled irritation. I hope you can find a use for this in your projects.
