Giovanni Benedetti's 1563 example of a comma "pump" or drift by a syntonic comma (21.51 cents) during a progression. Common tones between chords are the same pitch, with the other notes tuned in pure intervals to the common tones.
Single note sampled from a deckard's dream diy analogue synthesizer that i built myself. Deckard's dream (ddrm) is an 8-voice analogue synthesizer designed by black corporation and inspired in the classic yamaha cs-80. The ddrm (and cs-80) is all about live performance and expressiveness via aftertouch and modulations. Therefore, sampling the notes like i did here does not make much sense and by no means makes justice to the real thing. Nevertheless, i thought it could still be useful and would be nice to share. This was created with sampled percussion from the keyboard in adobe audition cs6 and recorded via logitech webcam mic. The sound was further de-noised and cleaned in audition's spectral view and effects applied to make the arrangement work. Hopefully this will prove useful to some.
MIDI synthesized rendering of a 14th-century Rondeau, "Doulz viaire gracieus" by Guillaume de Machaut. Produced with Lilypond, after an edition of the piece in Eggebrecht, Hans Heinrich Musik im Abendland, Munich: Piper, p. 237
7-tone equal tempered scale represented in traditional notation. + and - indicates approximate distance above and below notated pitch. Pitch bend matches intervals.

Midi recorded at the keyboard and processed through music maker's virtual drum synth. One of ten electronic drum loops with a tribal beat and human sound.
This loop is from my new loop kit called "cloudy loop kit". You can get sounds similar to this one and a bunch of midi files as well. Here- https://www. Adamjudyproductions. Com/sound-kits/cloudy-loop-kit-25452.
The most common or standard 12-bar blues progressions variations, in C.(Benward & Saker 2003, 186). Created by Hyacinth (talk) 06:08, 14 July 2011 (UTC) using Sibelius 5.
This started out as a really long jam session with synplant and a ton of randomized lfos and midi generators. I then resampled a snippet from it, drenched it in fx, threw ableton's resonator on it, then slapped on a utility that makes resonator play chords, which were generated from splash pro's ai keyboard.
I created a first rhythm track -> tempo 110. 0 bpm, beat of bar 3then a second pluck track in 60 midi pluck height and a steep fadei repeated the first track, driving the sound very low to give more rhythm to the sound.
