The sound of me banging on a metal folding chair after i reversed it and added reverb to it. I also made another layer of the same sound un-reversed underneath it so it would not be too abrupt. Raw unedited recording of harsh metallic tinking sounds caused by a hot metal plate being hit by water droplets. The plate was hot enough to induce a leidenfrost effect preventing most of the water from boiling and sizzling away leaving mostly the impact sounds.

Sound of deformation of a metal shelf. Sounds like a spring. I use all the sounds in the music of my band electric indians, pre-transforming, so i pass the baton to the next one =).

I used akg c414, a neve portic 5012 preamp my rme bayface and some slight postproduction (compression and slight eq). The sound is open source and can be downloaded in 24bit wave here.
