Here's a recording i did from the third floor balcony of my hotel room in the hyde park area of london. It was a noisy spot, but very atmospheric and ideal for recording street sounds, especially in stereo. Recorded on a tascam dr-40.

The sound of heavy rain on the metal casing of an air conditioner. Also some soft thunder and my dad clanking around in another room. Recorded 4 miles north of lisbon, oh during a june 16 thunderstorm. I recorded this with my cad u1 usb mic and my toshiba laptop using audacity.

I've labelled this as a thrush, but i'm no ornithologist. I recorded it outside my house in northumberland, england at 03:30am on 22nd may 2012, using an olympus ws-560m digital recorder. You can hear a stream running faintly in the background and the odd pheasant call from across the valley.

Field-recording in the interior of my car, steady drive on a belgian highway. After 10 seconds you can hear the bumpy bridgeparts i am crossing. At 2:12 other traffic and acceleratingat 2:54 driving on the sideway, warning noise.

Thunderstorm aftermath. Sounds of a thunderstorm about 10 minutes after it left the area. So low rumbles and rain dripping. The sound was recorded using a yamaha audiogram6 connected to a radioshack brand vocal microphone. Sampling was done at 44,100hz and the data was recorded using audacity. I made this recording by using a metal shovel and ramming it into the icy snow. The snow has been around for a couple months now and has been rained on and turned to tiny ice crystals. It sounds like it could be sand, grainy dirt or rock dust.

A wonderful orgasm with a nice long build-up and great release, then some contented moans to finish. Recorded with an iphone and edited in reaper to remove noise. The dominant hissing background noise was successfully removed, replaced with a sparkly mist of glitchness, which i feel creates a sci-fi fantasy setting.

This is the sound of an inland vessel on river rhine, near mannheim, germany. You can hear the rhythmic and fluctuating vibrations of the diesel engine. Seems to be an older one. Unfortunately i oriented my zoom h2n wrongly (90° to the right). So most of the noise appears on the left ear.

Took a sample from a video of a friend saying "this is the pwngene's house" (pwngene/eugene/ug was his online moniker and the video was him showing his apartment) and edited it to say "this is house". But i never did anything with it. Mostly cause my own stuff isn't true house music.
