Bought an old sony walkman from an antique mall. It was advertised as "radio works, but cassette player does not play. " this was true, and i was surprised at the noises it made when you tried to play tapes, though whether or not you have a tape or not it makes these types of noises when you switch it to the metal/chrome setting with dolby b on. You can add a 60 hertz hum if you touch any of the metal parts, and can somewhat mess the sound by messing with the spindles as they move. I may upload some more samples of this at one point, with cleaner recording of each of the sounds you can create.

A haunting melody i came up with to something called victors crypt. It's made in garageband and the melody is played on a bells-like sound with a lot of delay for a really spooky feel. I added some chords and dark noises in the background to make it even more creepy. Feel free to use it as long as you give me the credit for it/write me as composer. Me (a man) teasing my wife by going down on her, bringing her to near orgasm, stopping and fucking her. This repeats as she gets closer and louder. The sex becomes rougher and there is some choking later in the recording. I think this recording was made in 2016 using a zoom h6 and a rode ntg4 mic or possibly the x/y capsule that comes with the recorder. Note on the recording: there seem to be some silences at a couple of points. Something probably happened in the rendering. I probably won't do anything to fix this as it's just a few seconds out of 18 minutes of audio.

I've benefited from freesound in the past so i wanted to give something back. I created this audio sample of the black speech of mordor (a section of the ring poem), as part of a cinematic orchestral lord of the rings piece to add flavour to it and wondered if others might find a use for it in their own projects. The sample does have added reverb but to my ears this is not excessive. The phrase is:-. Ash nazg durbatulûk,ash nazg gimbatul,ash nazg thrakatulûkagh burzum-ishi krimpatul. This translates to:-. One ring to to rule them allone ring to find themone ring to bring them alland in the darkness bind them. No attribution required but it would be nice to know if anybody uses it. ;-).

Warning: harsh noise with resonant malefactors. Bad q ! bad q!. Noise sound through analog phase shifter and steiner parker filter through a holtech-based delay. I imagine this as a soundtrack to an ultraviolent horror movie scene.

This is a recording of my old antique clock. I recorded this using an ipad microphone so it may not be best quality. Near the end of the recording, it strikes 2 o'clock. If you hear some bump or tapping sound, that is because my around moved around and bump the door of the clock.

Klinking wine glasses 3 times. Recorded at home in 2013 in stereo with a matched pair of neumann km 184 on a zoom h4-recorder (sample rate was 96 khz, bitrate 24 bits) without adding any effects. I held the mics rather close to the glasses.

This is old and my memory not what it used to be. However, i do recall hitting a steel ruler against an empty paint tin and making some sort of popping sound with my voice. Then exposing it to terrible amounts of electronic torture until it melted with sonic extacy!.

Mapex birch kit, akg d112's on the beater, and at the edge of the outside hole, both slightly off axis, with front skin off, and blanket over the kick !! also used the overhead sound when i bounced this down, so it has some sustain !! enjoy !!!.

When the air is dry and hot, insects (that i believe are cicadas) chirp loudly from every direction while being too small for anyone to spot. Their sound, to me, is a sign and reminder of the hot, dry air of australian summer.

I turned my kitchen sink on and off several times. Its a fairly noisy sink. You can hear the faucet squeaking and a high pitched hum that comes from the pipes. Once the faucet is turned off, you can hear the water running down the drain.

Sound of water trickling down to a natural roman bath located in southern spain. Sound recorded on an iphone - sadly, the only thing i had on me. Then put into logic to create some mild separation.
